Happy New Year 2011!!

Wow..can't believe that we're going into the new year...2011. Time is running fast..really fast. This year has been a very good year and we all especially me are hoping for a BETTER one next year. Let me see, the best of this year was my trip to Italy..hoping across places in Italy and Rome..really beautiful and romantic place indeed. I'm sure there are lots of interesting places out there to explore. Hoping for a US trip in the coming year though. The Singapore stop over trip and the family trip to Kuala Lumpur was also fun and exciting. Let there also be more Love, Joy, Fun, Peace, Safe and most importantly SMILEs everywhere in the world. SO..FIREWORKS for everybody for the HAPPY NEW YEAR 2011 !!!...

Another Engagement !!...

A month left into the New Year, we received a good news from my in laws that my youngest sis-in-law finally decided to get engaged with her beloved. Date was set for the final preparations and it was on Saturday, 6th Nov 2010 that only close relatives were invited to our house to celebrate the joyous day. Congrats to her and we cannot wait for the wedding bells to ring. Pictures tell all so enjoy...

Graduation Day!!!

I never thought of seeing my doters grow so fast and so I always pray for their success in life. For myself it was like yesterday that they were born into this world but to them its the beginning of a new life ahead. Graduation day for Amoi, my eldest one and 1st place for my Alus, my second doter for winning the Inter- School Speech Choir Competition. Both of them did indeedly well...alhamdulillah. Keep up the good work and hope to see all the SAS students in Form 6... insyallah... HATS OFF!!!!

Fresh from our garden..

Its been nearly 7 months we moved into our new house. Since then we made a little garden of our own from the little left over land that we had around the house. We planted watermelons, cilies, mangoes, longans and flowers here and there. But first things first I wanted to show with pride that our watermelons have bear fruits continuously and it is really worth it. Yayah especially enjoying eating the watermelons...

We learnt that to know if the watermelon is ready to be picked..the bottom part must turn yellow..then its ready..
